　　XZDS系列齒輪稀油振動器是河南太行重型機械股份有限公司采用先進技術專業制造的高效往復直線加力箱式激振器，該類激振器采用SKF最新研制的專用振動軸承、齒輪箱體精工制作，結構輕、密封好、散熱快、不漏油、耐用可靠，性價比高，可高頻連續運轉，適用于各類振動設備。

　　XZDS series gear dilute oil vibrators are high-efficiency reciprocating linear force box-type vibrators professionally manufactured by Henan Taihang Heavy Machinery using advanced technology.This type of exciter adopts SKF's latest development of special vibration bearings and precision-made gear boxes.Made with light structure,good sealing,fast heat dissipation,no oil leakage,durable and reliable,high cost performance,can operate continuously at high frequency,and is suitable for all types of vibration equipment.

　　2.工作原理Working Principle

　　圖1是XZDS系列齒輪稀油振動器結構圖，用來說明激振器的基本工作原理。箱體內裝有主動軸1和從動軸2，軸端各有一對重量相同的不平衡重塊4(擺塊)，動力帶動主動軸回轉，通過齒輪對3使從動軸作相對而同步的旋轉，利用不平衡重回轉時產生的離心慣性力使激振器產生定向激振力，通過調整擺塊回轉速度和配重塞塊的數量、位置，以改變不平衡回轉重量，來調整激振力和工作力矩的大小。密封的箱體內加注齒輪油，使齒輪和軸承潤滑和散熱，保證傳動平穩、運行可靠。

　　Figure 1 is the structural diagram of the XZDS series gear dilute oil vibrator,which is used to illustrate the basic working principle of the vibrator.The inside vibrator box is equipped with a driving shaft 1 and a driven shaft 2.There is a pair of unbalanced weights 4(swing blocks)with the same weight at each shaft end.The power drives the driving shaft to rotate,the driven shaft rotates relatively and synchronously through the gear pair 3,the centrifugal inertia force generated when the unbalanced weight rotates is used to generate directional excitation force in the vibrator.By adjusting the rotation speed of the pendulum block and the number and position of the counterweight plug blocks,the unbalanced rotation weight is changed to adjust the excitation force and working torque.The sealed vibrator box is filled with gear oil to lubricate and dissipate heat of the gears and bearings,ensuring smooth transmission and reliable operation.
